Ethical superfine merino from the Tasmanian Midlands. The story behind White Gum Wool is one of mamas and babies, of diversity and abundance, and of ethics - for the land, the animals, and the people involved in making this yarn. White Gum Wool sheep have never been mulesed, their tails are undocked, and they live out their natural lifetimes in their family groups on the farm.
This superfine wool is beautifully soft to work with and wear against the skin, making it ideal for sensitive skin types. The colours are inspired by the landscape where the wool is grown. Please note that yarn colours can be difficult to accurately represent on screen; please check manufacturer colour cards as needed.
