Booking and Cancellation Policy

Please ensure you understand the booking policy prior to booking an event.

Workshops and classes require significant planning and set up. Where external teachers have been engaged, we will have had to pay a deposit for their time. We therefore request at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel a workshop booking. You may transfer your booking to someone else (please provide us with their contact details), book a different date for the same workshop if available, or request a refund. Please email us to arrange (support@paperscissorswool.com.au). Cancellations with less than 48 hours’ notice will unfortunately not be refunded.

If we need to cancel a session for any reason, we will endeavour to provide at least 48 hours’ notice via email. You will be offered the opportunity to book a different date for the same workshop or receive a refund.
