This relaxed group session borrows inspiration from tabletop role-playing gaming to inspire your creative writing and get you using all that beautiful stationery you've been hoarding! Over the course of two hours, enthusiastic guide, Zeke, will introduce you to tools and techniques to generate and build on story ideas to guide writing or journaling. Some examples of what you may be doing: - build an oracle table of ideas to guide ongoing writing sessions - take inspiration from a sticker or washi tape in your collection to create a character, then write a journal entry from their perspective - make friends and find a new writing partner! Please bring with you: - a notebook and writing utensil (or digital equivalent) - any stationery or craft supplies you would like to use or share No experience is needed to participate in this activity. While drop-ins are welcome, booking will ensure you have a seat and a print-out. Participants enjoy 10% off store-wide on the day. PAPER SCISSORS WOOL aims to be accessible to all.
